- Abstract of Will of Peter Zetty file(1735-1803) in the case of henry Miller and Catherine his wife vs Zetty (City) re: Will of Peter Zetty and settlement.
Barbary Zettey (wife) a child's part of my moveable estate and one third of my real estate as long as she lives, then to be divided among Jacob, Christian, Peter, and John Zetty and Christena Countryman equally. Also I give to my well beloved children Jacob, Christian, Peter and John Zetty and Christena Countryman an equal share xxx of my realestate after the sale thereof and my daughter Catharine Miller to draw an equal share of my personal estate with my other children which I direct my Executor to pay to her and for her use and benifit, and not her seperated husband Henry miller and it is my will that my Executor pay to each legatee their share of the money arising from the sale of my personal estate as soon, as it can be collected, also to pay to each Legatee a share of the money arinsing from the sale of my real estate an equal share of every payment until the whole is paid. Son Peter and Jacov Rife appointed Executors.
Will was written 10 Jan. 1799 and Recored in Rockingham Court Jan. 1800.
A settlement was made by peter Zetty showing that the personal estate was 194 lbs, 1 shilling 2 pence. Real 500 lbs. Jacobs share was 64 lbs. date of settlement -1803.
