I George W. MORLEY of the Town of Farmers in the County of Fulton and State of Illinois, do hereby make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following. To wit first__It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid from the proceeds of my personal estate. Second__After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Rebecca MORLEY all the property both real and personal which I may own at the time of my death. Except that portion herein after devised to my children, to be held by my said wife together with the rents issues and profits thereof for her own exclusive use and benefit during the term of her natural life. Third__To my daughter Sarah E. MINER the following described real estate to whit. Lot number three being the north 1/3 of the west 3/8 of the southwest quarter of section #22 in Township #5 north of the base line of range 1 east of the fourth principal meridian in the county of Fulton and state of Illinois. Containing 19 acres more or less and valued for the purpose of distribution of my estate at three hundred dollars. Fourth__ to my daughter Melissa LANCE lots number 9 and 10 in block #29 in the village to Table Grove (formerly the village of Laurel Hill) in the county of Fulton and State of Illinois, to be taken by her in the distribution of my estate the sum of $400. Fifth I give devise and bequeath to my son Lucius MORLEY lots #58 & 59 in Easleys fourth addition to the Village of Ipava in the County of Fulton and State of Illinois to be taken by him in the distribution of my Estate a the sum of $900. Sixth__I give devise and bequeath to my son Lorin MORLEY the following described Real to with: commencing at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section #21 in township #5, north of the base line of range 1 east of the fourth principal meridian in the county of Fulton and State of Illinois. Running thence south 37 1/2 rods thence east 50 rods to the place of the beginning containing 11 acres and 115 rods to be taken by him in the distribution of my estate at the sum of $700. Seventh I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary McQUEEN the following described real estate to wit: the north 1/3 of the east 1/8 of the southeast quarter of section 21 in township 5 north of the baseline, of range 1 east in the county of Fulton and state of Illinois. Containing 6 & 2/3 acres more or less. And to be taken by her in the distribution of my estate at the sum of $700 to be held by her during the term of her natural life and at her death to her children surviving her. Eighth__after the death of my said wife Rebecca MORLEY it is my will that the real estate herein bequeathed to her shall be sold and the proceeds thereof together with any personal property that may remain unexpended by my said wife during her lifetime be equally divided between all my children herein mentioned share and share alike provided that my said children shall accept on their distributive shares of my estate the lands herein devised to them at the values here in affixed to them respectively. And also the following sums of money I have already advanced to those mentioned shall be taken as a part of the distributive shares respectively to wit: to William MORLEY notes I now hold against him with interest thereon to this date amounting to $2,163. To Joseph MORLEY 1 note amounting to $236. To John L. MORLEY notes and accounts including interest amounting to $1,500. To George W. MORLEY Junr. notes and account amounting to $899. To Mary McQueen notes and accounts amounting to $443. And to Lucius MORLEY one note including interest amounting in all to $1,190. And it is my will that after the date of these presents interest shall cease to be computed on these notes. And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint Thomas C. ROBINSON executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratified and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In witness where of I the said George W MORLEY have here unto set my hand and seal this 13th day of June 1887."
