Sarah Mills departed this life September 12 1813 [1st wife]
Christen Mills departed this life in April the 7th 1843 aged 15 years, 10 months, 23 days.
Sarah M Standley, departed this life July 21st 1857, aged 27 years, 3 months and 25 days.
Sarah Mills died March the 26th about forty minutes after 1 oclock in the morning. Second wife of Joseph Mills aged 65 and 6 months and 14 days.
Wm. Mills Sr died at his home in Bushnell, Ill. Sunday evening July 31 1887 at 9:30 oclock in his 68 year [E.G.Mills Ser.]. Hereinafter cited as Mills Bible.
His obituary reads: Died In Bushnell on Thursday April 21, 1870. Joseph Mills, aged 81 years. Mr Mills was born in Delaware, Aug. 12, 1789. He immigrated to Pennsylvania in his 9th year, served in the state militia, in the war of 1812. In 1834 he moved to Ohio, and from there to Buffalo Prairie, Rock Island County, Illinois, in 1845. In 1865 he moved to Bushnell, where he resided until his death in Apr 1870 in Bushnell, McDonough Co., IL, USA.
